Mr. Collins Kalabare was immediate past Executive Director Monitoring & Inspection and Chairing the Board for 3 years in the Nigeria Sao Tome Joint Development Authority based in Abuja. He spent over 18 years working for Schlumberger, the world’s leading Oil & Gas service company with his last 10 years in senior management positions across the world.

Mr. Collins holds a B.Tech degree in Chemical/Petrochemical engineering from the University of Science & Technology Port Harcourt with over 20 years experience in international oil exploration and production development with expertise in Well Construction & Engineering and intervention. He has attended senior MBA related management courses in Harvard and Cambridge
